- Flexo Folder Gluer machine which will be the most famous one pass carton box making machine in the near futures, with a top speed up to 300sheets/min, available to match with Automatic / semi-auto pre-feeder, Automatic PP/PE Strapping Machine, and Automatic palletizer to make the full line only need 3-4 staffs, greatly increase your production capacity and reduce the labor cost.
- The central control system of this machine adopts windows computer, which is available to connect with corrugator line ERP system to avoid order management loss.
- The full machine adopts window computer combined with HMI and touch screen, the new order can be catch out by both Order management system or data input.
- Lead edge feeder, Vacuum Transfer Printer, 8 shafts transmission Slotter, Die-cutter with Anvil cover cylinder frequency control for line speed compensation.
- Inline Folder Gluer with full servo control, with USA Valco gluing system and etc…
