  3. Advanced feeding device adopts lead edge feeder, each to replace feeding wheels.
  4. Vacuum transfer Printing unit equipped with Ceramic Roller, and Doctor Blade system is optional.
  5. Single shaft slotting structure with dual creasing, which benefits for both 3/5/7 ply cardboard.
  6. Rotary die-cutting unit anvil cylinder intendent control for line speed compensation, ensure the die-cutting accuracy.
  7. Gaps adjusting by data imputing or order management automatically.

  3. Easy to adjustment and maintain, most of the main functions is automatically adjusted or by Order Management System.
  4. Top Loading counter ejector, which is easier for die-cutting boxes stacking.
  5. Adopts servo control for Side folding belts and guiding wheels, to correct big/small gap and fishtails.
  6. All the function of Counter ejector uses servo control, fast feedback and easy to adjust, also reduce vibration and noise of paper arm system.
  7. Suction belts for cardboard conveying straightly.
  8. Ejecting unit equipped with fam to support cartons drop smoothly.
  9. USA VALCO gluing system, the glue length can be adjusted, easy to operate and maintain.
