SUMMARY OF MACHINE

Flexo Printing Slotting Machine, named as corrugated box maker, is designed to process corrugated cardboard into products such as cartons, boxes, trays, displays etc.

Flexo Printing Slotting Machine consists of feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, die-cutting unit and auto stacker. All of units can be locked when it works and moveable for cleaning and maintaining.

The standard model of Flexo Printing Slotting Machine include TP-CR-0920/1224/1628, also the TP-CR-0922/1226/1228/1424/1428/1632 be custom-made. It is high-level one which controlled by computer with order management and sheet transfer with vacuum box.

Features

  1. This machine is designed according to High Standard, Reliable Performance and safety Standard, easy to operate and maintain.
  2. The machine adopted independent TOUCH COMPUTER combined with PLC in Each Unit of machine that could be adjust automatically by DATA INPUTTING or ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, easy to operate and fast change orders, it can save operating time and increase the efficiency.
  3. The whole machine is driven uniformly, each section gear is connected with synchronous transmission, pneumatic interlocking, motorized Unit open and close, and combined with safety protection device.
  4. All main TRANSMISSION GEARS are made of imported alloy, carburized and quenched, precision grinding, durable; oil pump spray system and oil balance system are used for gear lubrication.
  5. All the ELECTRIC COMPONENTS are adopt the international first-class brand, stable and durable, the main control electric box is equipped with INDUSTRIAL CONSTANT-TEMPERATURE AIR-CONDITIONER, each unit electric box equipped with a dust-proof and heat-dissipating device, to ensure the operation performance is stable and reliable.
