BRIEF INTRUCTION
- Twin head semi auto Stitcher, one of post-printing equipment, is specially designed for offset printed carton box stitching, to meet stitching single sheet box, two pieces sheet joint box, and irregular box. The Stitching model include single row e.g. / / / / or double row e.g. // // //.

FEATURES
- Sheet feed manually, one operator can handle with two pieces sheet feeding.
- Feeder lifter is automatically going up and down as per the sheet stacking height.
- The stitching head is controlled by servo motors.
- The size is controlled by electric control, and it only takes 2 ~ 3 minutes to change the size.
- Equipped with auto wire feeding system for both upper head and bottom head.
- The feeder counts automatically and sends out the finished products in bundles.
- Use computer to set the stitching distance automatically.
- Fault indication in the screen and emergency stop to help troubleshooting.
- 3/5 layer cardboard can be processed, carton with bottom without lid can be done as well.
