SUMMARY OF MACHINE
Folding Gluing Machine is also named as Automatic Folder Gluer or Automatic Folding Gluing Machine, this is one of the main machine used for making Corrugated Carton Boxes, and this machine will be used after cardboard pass Flexo Printer Slotter Machine, then use this machine for Gluing, Folding and Ejecting, after that can match with Automatic Strapping Machine.
This machine can finish the process of Feeding, Gluing, Folding, Counting and Ejecting, and can set the quantities of Ejecting like 10pcs, 20pcs or similar quantities.

THE MAIN FEATURES:
- Feeding part:
It can suitable for bend cardboard after adjusting height of cardboard feeding.
The electromagnetism clutch in high quality, it can make the feeding part control paper inside alone and easy operation and reliable.
Pressing line wheel is adjusting, the thickness of cardboard can be 2-8mm.
It is with twice creasing structure, it can process the cardboard in low quality.
- Apply gluing and folding part:
It is with easy and controllable device to control gluing amount and clean easily.
Stainless gluing wheel, apply gluing evenly and save gluing amount.
It adopts imported durable rubber and feeding cardboard by belt.
It is with correction and pressing line device and adjustable pressing line wheel.
- Packing and output part:
Principle if count to stacking is easy and reliable.
It is controlled by digital and easy operation, keep working to input data, count automatically and output accurate.
It has function with correction tolerance can be adjustable.
Output counter adopts pneumatic and accurate movement and fast.
- The whole machine features:
AFG fully automatic gluing and folding machine and it consist of vacuum adsorption feeding part, gluing and folding part and stacking and counterpart. It adopts frequency to change speed and controlled by standard PLC touch screen, easy operation and reliable, the average speed can up to 150 sheets/min. High speed and energy-saving and save labor.
