SUMMARY OF MACHINE
AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel welded.
It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.
This machine can finish the process of Feeding, Gluing, Folding, Counting and Ejecting, and can set the quantities of Ejecting like 10pcs, 20pcs or similar quantities.

- Feeding part:
The feeding unit adopts belt type lead edge with vacuum device, which is more benefits for wend and wrap cardboard.
Good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation.
Suitable for 3/5/7ply with the thickness from 2-10mm
With Re-creasing wheels, much better for Folding accuracy.
- Apply gluing and folding part:
Adopts Gluing wheel structure, easy to adjust and maintain.
With pump for automatic glue recycle, no need to stop the machine for adding glue.
Imported wearable rubber belt convey board, automatically folding.
Equipped with board correction and scorer correction device.
- Packing and output part:
Stacking and counting are simple and reliable
